Can I fly this kite on handles with the lines at their current length? I may be getting a buggy and would probably want to fly on handles instead of the bar.

Yes, you can switch the TSR out for handles or a bar. Just make sure you have adjustments on your handles (leaders) for fine tuning the brake lines and that all four flying lines are equal length.
