Anyhing over 5feet is fun. Once you cross that 8 or 9 foot mark things get exciting, after that 15 foot mark exciting/scary, 20+ all you want to do is come down safely lol

Who cares? This isn't even a real question. This kind of thread belongs over on the Flexiforum.

Oh wait, I just found it.......a jump officially becomes "big Air" at 9.278 feet.

sustained apex =air no matter how high

big air requires a moment of pause ...by spectators .

as a rider,, the view just improves, beyond any doubt

Big air isn't the thang, its all in the "HANG TIME!!!" I like a 3-5 foot floater over a 10 foot blast and dump!

True that. I love when you have those jumps when you can look around and see everybodys faces below your feet or when you hear cars honk at you while your in the air

Its all about perspective. Every jump feels bigger and higher than it really is so "big" should be defined more by the width of the smile on the fliers face :D and less on the height of his feet.

You'll know you've gone "big" for you when you have that "O $h!+" moment :wow: in the air and think to yourself you may just as easily regret as land this jump.

You'll know when somone else has gone big when you look at the jump and think "Man, that's a big jump".
:eekdrull:

Nicely put B-Roc.

Big air could be right up there with fish stories and the "one that got away", big air seems to be bigger and longer the more times it is talked about. :)
