Ideas for future kite of mine

Ideas for My Search in a new kite this next summer.
I need this kite to be as lifty, floaty, and water capable as possible. I also want something that is fairly easy to control (I have had not so good experiences with race kites lately). So basically I want to be able to move the kite when needed, let it sit when I want it to, and be performance oriented when I lift off from earth. I really do not want to get an inflatable, but will put it down as a answer anyway. I would like a kite that is an equivialant in wind range to about a 9 meter Frenzy (which I wish I could take on the water, but:no:
