From the very clever Air-Yo design people at
WildFire Designs site
(they say these custom buggy kites are too much time and work for sale production - there is more pix and info at site):
"These kites have become our favourite kites to fly no matter what we want to do. Because of their unique shaping, they do tricks that many hard kites
thought were their tricks. Fly-aways, center spins and even axels. Once they inflate, they keep their shape better that any other ram-air foil we've
seen. The bridles are adjustable so the user can tune the kite even after the bridles stretch. They are also extremely light, the fabric is half-ounce
polyester and the bridle is spectra (80# and 200#). We designed these kites because we were frustrated with the other kites that were "optimized for
buggies." We sought to overcome these problems and create a kite that was truely designed for buggiers by buggiers."
"Zyzzle Foil–1.4m^2
The fastest kite we make. It's forward speed can be close to 100 MPH and we've flown it in winds up to 57 MPH. It's built with none of the short-cuts
typically taken with small foils. It' is a power kite not a trainer foil. It keeps it's shape because it's constructed cell by cell and every panel is
optimized.
wind range: 2-60 MPH"
"Zyzzle Foil 3.2m^2
Pure joy. This kite is sweet. What more can we say? It was the most recent addition to the Zyzzle series. The bottom picture shows the small intake
vents that make the leading edge clean. You can't stop at just one.
Wind range: 1-30 MPH
buggy wind range: 12-60 MPH"
