new to flysurfer...tips anybody?


Alright, i've flown arcs for a long time now, and i love them. I am about to get my first flysurfer (speed 1 13m) Can any of you flysurfer guys offer me any tips?

Spray Sailkote on the bridles and pulleys. It's a dry teflon lubricant and it helps keep everything slick which equals fewer tangles.

wrap the lines up onto the bar and
continue wrap the BRIDLE
in a figure 8 around the bar NOT the bar ends!

then, fold kite in half longways
and roll the bar into the wingtips owards the center zipper

You will have to pay attention to what this one is doing all the time.
Be careful with it on land. It won't be too forgiving of mistakes.

Powerzone suggested that for my style ( mostly on land and wimpy ) that the Pulse would be a better choice and I think He was right.

Even my 10m Psycho II needed that constant attention. I could relax under the 13m P3.



Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.

Rides: Flexi / P.L. Frankin'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, sand skis, Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. RKB R2 ATB .
