Getting ready to make reservations. Do we have a code yet?

"NABX 2005 room reservations should be placed by calling Primm Valley Resorts at 1-800-FUN-STOP or 702-386-7867. A block of rooms will be held for NABX attendees at the Buffalo Bill's Resort. Our group code is SCN0329 and will apply to reservations from March 29 to April 4. Rates for our group are $30.00 per night Sunday to Thursday, $46.00 for Friday, and $56.00 for Saturday. All rates are based on double occupancy. Reservations must be made by March 15. Reservations placed after this date will be handled on a basis of availability. Visit the Primm Valley Resorts website for additional information: www.primmvalleyresorts.com."

I just booked a room at Wiskey Petes for $15.00 per weeknight. You must go though a Travel Agency to get that price. It's like $21.00 if you go direct to Primm Valley Resorts.

Thanks for posting that LANDSUB! I just made reservations at Buffalo Bill's thru Travelworm for Mon thru Sat night for $177. That's a $67 savings! And Whiskey Pete's is $4 a night cheaper than that! (Edit note: tracktROB says WP is sold out)

You will have to call Travelworm to make the reservations since they are showing Fri and Sat nights already booked up. They will call the hotel and try to get approval though. And to get the absolute cheapest rate you will have to register at the Travelworm site (worth about $3 ttl).

Should we get rained out there is a $25 cancelation fee if you call more than 3 days ahead. If you call in less than three days it's $25 plus the first nights room rate ($18.60 in my case at BB).

I suggest you make reservations sooner than later since they are showing BB and Whiskey Pete's as already booked for Easter weekend. They're allowing Travelworm some extra rooms on a case by case basis, but that may end at any time. If that's the case you still have until March 15th to make reservations at BB thru the normal group rate plan posted in this thread above.

Thanks to LANDSUB and kiteplace for posting! I called Travelworm and made reservation to stay at Buffalo Bills from March 30th to April 4th. I saved about 11 dollars each nite Whiskey Pete was sold out. ( just a few dollars difference )
