The old man has a trip there in August... Any noteable kite shops/ spots/ schools?

Hes a stunt kite flier, but im going to try and get him set up with a power kite and /or intstructor

Dave Shenkman owns The Kite Connection which is right on the pier at Huntington Beach. He sells mostly dual and single line stuff and some kite surfing gear. If you get no good information, give him a call.

Try Steve Kent at Kites ETC just North of Huntington at Sunset Beach CA. They have lots of gear and lessons.
