adjusting trucks

Heading out for a sesh after work and still working on just trying to keep the board moving. I've got the trucks set pretty firm right now and was wondering if letting them loose a little would be a good idea. Seems to me that like skateboarding, it would make turning easier, but offer a much less stable ride. Any advice?

Thanks! :)

Yes and yes but perhaps only a little. AFAIK :)
Keep your spanner handy during the session!

i feel loose is easier to start,

allows easier direction control, when learning speed control easy curves upwind are the brakes along with kite attitude.

fast downwind runs without quick kite work turns ugly ..just as you run by the kite.

as power/speed control improves, powerslides becomes a "power brake" from reducing speeds to transitions ...and all the way down to choking out the kite.

a tight board will edge/pop better and is switched more than "steered" and in general will slide out easier.
