Both of those look like good selections. I went with the Predator and it is hard as a rock. Not the most comfortable.
The pink is really cool, but I vote for the Rasta Green or the Gunmetal Gray.

I favor MX type helmets as the cushion on the inside is much more comfy and these skater helmets are a bit hard on the inside... they work well to
protect you still and I still have one in my bag for back up and I wear it once in a while for convenience...
Anyhow, great idea getting some protection, I know your skills have to be improving by now and your probably pushing a lil harder also... Good job!!!
Fly that Viper hard, its so much fun!!!:wee:

Double check the size on that bad-boy... when I was ordering mine I got the largest one they had and it didn't even fit me. I returned it and it was a
hassle. Just a warning!

Now there's a trick question, if ever one was posted :shocked2:
Sizing brackets and internal contours vary between motorcycle helment manufacturers (Arai helmets fit different than Bells, Simpsons, or Arthur
Fulmers). The same applies to bike/skate/multi-sport helmets.
Best to try and supporting LB&Ms is a wonderful thing, but.... Unfortunately, local selection for me sucks big time, so I ended up ordering a
Giro G10 in large.
I was right on the cusp of Medium and Large, so it was a bit of a shot in the dark. I ended up paying the $8.00 for return shipping (by slow boat)
and sized down to a medium, which fit much more securely while still allowing me to waggle my ears (always a very important feature).
ATB,
Sam

Honestly I would go with something with some face protection for when you go down high side and do a face plant.
You see lots of skaters with busted faces with pro-tec style.
A BMX helmet would be a decent choice for a first helmet then if your just cruising roll with a Pro-tec.

If any of you guys live near a DicS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s Sporting Goods. they have lots of different Helmets for different sports in the stores. I use A
giro Helmet I bought there. It's a snowboarding helmet so it has removable ear pads, which is so awesome when it's under 32 degrees. I am just afraid
of buying something online that needs such a good fit like underwear :moon: or a helemt. hehe. I'd rather try before i buy when it comes to that kinda
stuff.
