I now own a flexifoil Sport Buggy and there is one problem. I am 6'6".
Has anybody extend the main square tube. I have a few ideas on how to do it but maybe has already made the same mod.
Its a 2002 sport Model
Thanks Dan

I am NOT the king of buggies but am thinking extending the front end will effect your traction. Putting your weight too far back and losing traction .
Frankinbuggy has the weight back of centre and I slide out very easy. It suits me but is the WRONG set-up for racing.

I would think twice about extending your existing one...the down tube take a lot of the torsional and lateral loads, especially if you do tricks
Buy some 40X40 box section, 500mm long, and a 80mm piece of stainless tube that will snugly fit the nylon bushes, then get a local welder to weld it
up....copy the hole pattern = Flexi extended downtube
