how do you build strength or practice bar passes to prevent falling on your face?Kamikuza - 14-12-2011 at 05:40 PM
Do it static on the land with a smaller kite. Hang a wakeboarding handle from a tree ...PHREERIDER - 14-12-2011 at 06:58 PM
pull ups to your hip side, with hands close together....bar in a tree is a good start.
tramp and a bar , add really basic gymnastics moves etc, good body control must be established as well,
do them smoothly and until you can do them and think about something else, enjoy!shortlineflyer - 15-12-2011 at 08:17 AM

strength helps , timing, body control are practice points that just take time.
pop and kite position are fly time elements ... a ton of raily's helps , their easy and you get you the feel of momentum from the pop to get the
hips up to the bar ...kinda where i am now and my shoulders aren't gonna let me go much further.
on land the raily's is more of a flying fall over and yank than pop like on the water. lot more about kite control on land for sure. i can fly blind
unhooked and switch but have not hppped to pass yet....those kinda back cracks I know i can avoid!wheresthewind? - 15-12-2011 at 11:54 AM
