...only had it a day...first flight of the morning on second day of using it in 5-10mph winds and the arch line broke at the knot with the secondary
bridle. I think I could repair this but I would have to measure out the existing arch and its connections to each secondary bridle line (11 I think).
I would really like to fly today but being Sunday I would have to go to B&Q DIY and get some line there to fix it.
Or should this not happen? Should I take it back to where it was purchased?
Red box shows the point where the secondary bridle should be attached to the arch with a knot in the arch. Blue box is where I connect the flying
lines. Obvious but thought I would point it out.
Any advice appreciated.

if you only had it a day, and you were flying it proper conditions, hq should repair it under warranty... check with your local retailer where you
bought it...... the problem is it will take some time to ship out and repair and ship back....

I just had my bridal rip off my Samurai about 3 weeks ago. I called the distributor, she said send it to pro kitesurf in Texas.Sent it 2nd day,Took
them one day to fix and they sent it back 2nd day.
I had to pay for everything, but it's over and Back up in the Sky in 5 days
Yours sounds more like They would Pay for Everything though I think.
