So the guys at work all know I kite, and buggy, they frequently ask me questions about it and I show them videos, etc,etc, etc.
Last week one of them calls me and says he sees on the side of the road with a trooper behind him with "some kind of buggy thingy with a sail thingy
on it like a wind surfer" and ask if I knew anybody that would have something like that. Of course the answer was yes, but I told him no one too local
that I know of. So we're one of you guys or gals in Delaware and being harassed by one of our locals finest as to what it was you had with you?
If so, next time let me know you are passing through and we can have lunch!
