Things to do around vegas and Yuma

Heading towards the Vegas, Yuma, and Phoenix areas in couple of weeks would love to try a trike or land board. Or any water anybody could recommend. I don;t know these areas at all.

There is this little playa called Ivanpah about 40 minutes SW of Vegas at the NV-CA border on I-15. Just sayin... :cool:

I think what you are looking for is an intro to the sport in general. Locations for land and water are pretty extreme around Vegas. If BeamerBob can find some time for you he is an EXCELLENT mentor. Go out of your way to try and work with his schedule and the rewards will be great! :cool:

I'm happy to try to coordinate a meet up. My tandem setup is all good again so that's a good way to show how it all works.

Thanks for the second check of the bio. I can't figure out how you all got your info on your posts. Made it to lake pleasant near Phoenix. In the process of negotiating a deal for a beginner's board. Brought my full quiver. Ready to play
