I'm heading to Idaho late december to mid january and plan on doing some snowkiting. I have talk to a few people but was wondering if anyone on here

I am here in Boise. But.. ... I am new. Daxifus was the one that gave me my first Beamer 3m just 2 weeks ago. Where you from?
f0rgiv3n also knows him and he lives in the Boise area too.
If you are coming there isn' t any snow in the flats and Bogus (ski resort) only has an inch or so.
f0rgiv3n just kited with Eddy about a week or so ago here at the cv fields I think.f0rgiv3n - 4-12-2008 at 12:40 PM
Hey dude :P. I would also agree to chat with Eddy. He's the man with all the kites and the "ring leader" of the boise kiting crew. I'm new to
snowkiting this year so It'll be my first time. But the place we fly we call "camas valley" it's up in between fairfield and Mountain Home. About a
1.5 hour drive from Boise. I'd like to head out there with ya when you show up! Keep us updated on the dates . WooohooO! Now all we need is some snow....
(that's the cam of where we go as you can see there's NO snow yet)pyro22487 - 4-12-2008 at 01:24 PM

Totally!!! :P . Or you could just hook yourself up some chains on that buggy ;Pf0rgiv3n - 14-12-2008 at 03:13 PM
So.... Boise got a nice round o' snow last night and I was able to go out today and get in my first ever snow session . It was FREAKIN awesome! It took me a second to figure out how to launch while
strapped in, and there's a few things like making sure I strap in the board before sinching down the harness (for reduced movement reasons). Then once
I got going I could get back to where I started and even a bit more upwind ;D. It was awesome! I'm thinkin' camas valley might have gotten some good
snow too. i think the Idaho snow season just got the kicS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-off that it needed!!! :D Weee!! here's the snowkite 2010!!pyro22487 - 22-12-2008 at 01:14 PM
I noticed that the camra got a nice view of a car today. It also got a good shot of the ground now that seems to be more like the valley that I
remmber. Only a few more days now till I leave. I did go outtoday and fly my 3.5 a little but it was only like 5-10 mph so nothing strong. It was cold
though about 35 but with wind chill it was bbelow freezing. cant wait to break out the board and 14 meter though. I am super stoked for this vacation
to start. I'm positive that most of the guys at work are tired of hearing me talk about all the fun im going to have.:wee:USA_Eli_A - 22-12-2008 at 10:55 PM
