what about getting a 16sqm scorpion for cheap ? i have seen it fly in winds well below 8 knots , see here: http://www.bavariakiting.de/index.php?option=com_content&... (you need divx webplayer installed)
i know, the scorp is not easy to launch, but after launching: WOW! high aspect high performance, faast turning!

congratulations! it would be great if you could make some videos, especially from the prefill and launch process. because youtube shows not a single
such video (at least regarding synergies)
