I watched a exercise video while reading this thread from start to finish. So I am good for the next year or so. Right ?????

I am on the same workout. Go to the park and chase my 4y old son. If I do everything he does - going down the slide and across the monkey bars - I am in serious pain the next day. I also bicycle to work but it is only a mile away. I need to get the laundry off of the workout bench and get back to the free weights.
