that was all input , not autozenith. the kite relaunched to stall .

guy crashes , kite is flown into the water.(rotated disoriented pilot )

guys feet or knees touch the bottom, kite opens depowered at edge actually stalled

guy grabs bar pulls in on side, kite suddenly turns back into window with that input

guy still holding with huge power surge

guy flies kite into ground

any kite could have popped open at the edge and the same kite would have reacted the same with the same pilot input .

pilots make errors .

The kite drifts into the center of the window leading edge up.The kite relaunched. On its own. The guy panics and grabs the bar.
If the kite had stayed on the water he probably would not have panicked.

100% pilot error, i've done the exact same thing on my slingshot fuel as well and every other kite i've ever owned, i usually do it in the water though cos i like supermanning across the surface

Just have to remember to keep your kite to the edge of the window instead of letting it shoot to the top of the window like ANY kite will thanks to a little known phenomenon called wind.

Also there is a little something called a safety release which i feel like people should get more accustomed to using?! :singing:
