Like Richard, I've only seen the ones with the sleeve for the foam. They didn't really help relaunching the kite off water but they definitely keep it
from sinking.
Do the inflated ones get the kite off the water a little more to break the surface tension? With the bigger kites that was also when we saw broken
rods trying to peel them off water when they were stuck and then a wave would munch them.

Good to know. I hadn't realized that from anything I had read. Any idea on the price yet. For most of us that is the big deciding factor. Also
timing is huge. This was offered in November and 3 months later we are still waiting on a price.

Yes, I saw that, and I also saw that rocfighter was interested, but thought he needed a bar. BR clarified that they fly best on handles, I was just
pointing out the bar option.(and figured people might see how much they are asking for new c-Quads, so won't be too sticker shocked should the 8.5's
