Awesome news. Don't throw your back out putting it together. What will be the favored method of transport?

I'm giving up on putting it inside the vehicle except in special circumstances where I need it inside (for higher security, or pulling a trailer to our destination) and its worth the hassle of removing the rear axle. I talked to Kent today to see what others do and he says most go with a hitch mounted rack that has a horizontal bar with a cradle at each end about 2 feet from center. Put the back axle in the cradles and tilt the buggy up to strap the front fork and tire to the luggage rack crossbar. If that isn't practical, then a vertical upright that supports the downtube will be in order. I'll get something designed after I have the buggy in hand and Screwyfits says he has access to a welder and will help me out with this stuff. I'm sure this will be an ongoing process till I'm happy with the system. Some trips will be 5 minutes to a field I get to ride in near the house and then the sodfarm is 35 minutes away at interstate speeds +

It has arrived and I have it assembled but no maiden voyage yet. I don't yet have a way to haul it and will work on that today. I intend to walk it to a field just outside my neighborhood this morning and give it a go for the first time. This thing is massive. It is around 16" wider at the rear axle and probably 18 inches longer than the FlexiLynn.. It weighs close to a hundred pounds as well. The side rails come up almost to my underarms so it should be super secure. The matte finished stainless is really nice as well. I'll take some pics of it while I have it out today at its coming out party.

BB , if ya need any input designing your rack ,give me a shout. I have built a few of them now. Singles and doubles. The important thing is what is the tongue weight of you hitch? Do you have a 2" receiver? congrats Bro' can't wait to see it

I have completed the 12 step (kite) program and still need more kites. I'm sure it never ends.
