56 I've never stopped playing , though I did recognize allong the way some of this stuff is dangerous. I have started to pad up lately , its just more
fun when it does'nt hurt. Recently got an ATB for my 13 year old , I stood on it once thats good enough for me , something about a low center of
gravity gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. Where's my buggy?

you guys are old  But you don't look a day over 28!
Take it slow and it doesn't matter. You don't have to push yourself to just have fun. If you've ever skateboarded or surfer or snowboarded then
getting on a board and just cruising will not cause you bruising. I'd wear knee pads and a helmet at a minimum, elbow and hillbilly pads are nice to
have but it all depends on you comfort level.

was in HS!)
