Doesn't matter how well ingrained anything is in the psyche - the point I wanted to make is that the accidents they cause far outweigh kites and yet
... they're not required to have insurance. Personally, I don't see kiting as more dangerous than cycling - especially kiting vs cycling in Asia
I still feel that it's a poor argument, to ban something on the off-chance that something could happen simply cos it looks like something bad could
happen ... how did y'all ever get to have so many and so big cars? :dunno:

outright bans requires laws to be made and enforced for
the satisfaction of the majority of the voting public who want said bans ... indirectly perhaps, but they're getting their position of authority
supported by their anti-fun decisions.
