Probably not. I went down this previously on the this kite and it was a pain. Lots of extra forms, costs, and increased risk. PayPal verification services are not great outside of the US and Canada.

I'm taking this kite off the market and putting it back in my quiver. I'd rather fly it some more before I sell it.

Maybe next Fall I'll put it up again.
