hit 31 mph (GPS certified) in 7-8 mph winds on the sandbar this afternoon. Winds were ENE and was able to run the entire length of the bar...................sand was packed and smooth, hard to believe its underwater half a day, every day...................I tried the 6.6 first but had a hard time getting back upwind............again the 8.5 is a low wind monster....................:duh:
